Super Sentai Capter 31: Juken Sentai Gekiranger

Jūken Sentai Gekiranger (Beast Fist Squadron Gekiranger) is the 31st program in the Super Sentai series, airing from 2007 to 2008.

SCRTC (pronounced "Scratch") is a sportswear company that acts as a front for a secret martial arts academy teaching the ancient art of "Juken". The academy specialises in the "Geki Juken Beast Arts" school of Juken, teaching students to harness their inner spirit of justice to generate a powerful force called "Geki".

One day, a talented student of Geki Juken Beast Arts decides to defect from the academy in his pursuit of more power. He revives the opposing school of Rin Juken Akugata, an evil style that reaps strength from the suffering of others, and resurrects an army of undead Rin Juken fighters.

Opposing him are the top three students of Geki Juken: the wild child Jan Kandou, the straightforward and honest Ran Uzaki, and the stylish Retsu Fukami. With their training and Gekichangers, they harness their Geki to transform into the heroes of Geki Juken Beast Arts: the Gekiranger.

The Members are:

.Jan Kandou / GekiRed: The Hero. A "Tiger Boy" who grew up in the forest with animals. Naturally dumb and quite active. Uses nunchakus and twin sabers which can merge further, with focus on power.

.Ran Uzaki / GekiYellow: The Load. The only girl on the team. Her focus is on spirit, and wields a Simple Staff and an Epic Flail. She is officially the team leader.

.Retsu Fukami / GekiBlue: The Smart guy. A former artist and the team second-in-command. He is smart but selfish. Focusing on technique, his weapons are a pair of tonfas and a set of war fans.

.Gou Fukami / GekiViolet: The Big Guy. Retsu's brother. Previously left to wander Japan in half-animal form after a forbidden technique backfired. A Lone Wolf, but also a hard-hitting one with two-fisted action all the way. Uses no weapons.

.Ken Hisatsu / GekiChopper: The Tagalong Kid. A lazy genius sent to study Juken at the sacred grounds, but ended up goofing off. A bit of a scatterbrain, but don't let that fool you. He has his own weapon for melee ''and'' ranged combat. Complains constantly.

The Main Villians are Gen Jūken is a group of martial artists that appears as antagonists during the last quarter of the Japanese Super Sentai show Juken Sentai Gekiranger. Utilizing a golden Qi called Genki, the Gen Jūken users seek to surpass the power of natural beasts by mastering the power of mythical beasts, with thirteen fighting styles based on the Five Sacred Beasts and the Chinese Zodiac. Overtime, the Gen Jūken style is revealed to be actually a front for Long to raise a potential human though the Infinite Path, turning that person into a mindless monster that would destroy the world. All Gen Jūken users possess a gold-colored fighting form.

The Members are:

.Black Lion Rio: Evil Overlord. As proud as he is strong, he still wants to be stronger. Also, yearning for a Worthy Opponent.

.Mele: Femme Fatal and Rio's second-in-command. She's head over heals in love with her boss

.Long the Immortal Dragon: The Big Bad and a Complete Monster. His motives boiled down to "I'm Immortal. Bored. Now, let's destroy the world for fun!". Just about every bad thing that happened in the Gekiranger world (the formation of Kenma, as well as the death of Rio's family and setting him up to fall to the dark side) can be traced back to Long's action to relieve his boredom, which includes the destruction and suffering of humanity, but Long gives no concern at all, for he thinks that he's an ancient being that has 'guided' humanity, and thus has the right to mess with them in any way he wants. He however gets a fate wose than death because he is permanitly turned to stone.

The big Bad -yikes destruction just for Fun-thats terrible but you can see how people would intrigued by the story line
