Kōsoku Sentai Turboranger (High-Speed Squadron Turboranger) is the thirteenth entry of Super Sentai series, airing from 1989 to 1990. Before the retroactive recognition of Himitsu Sentai Goranger and J.A.K.Q. Dengekitai into the franchise, this is the series that celebrates the 10th anniversary of the Sentai franchise.
Because of nature being destroyed, the fairies can no longer maintain the seal on the Hundred Boma Tribes, who have now revived in an attempt to Take Over the World. The fairy, Chiron, under the command of Saint Beast Rakiya, calls out to five warriors who can hear her voice, five high school students (who apparently stumbled upon the fairies lair and witnessed them). And they fight the Boma, using the combined power of mysticism from Chiron, and science (mainly cars) from their guiding professor as the Turborangers!
The Members are:

Riki Honō/ Red Turbo: The Hero. A Baseball player. Not the brightest bulb in the box, but he makes up for it in sheer determination.

Daichi Yamagata/ Black Turbo: The Number 2. A track star; he's also a top student and Riki's antithesis.

Yōhei Hama/ Blue Turbo: The Big Guy. He's the team's resident jock, girl-chaser, and swimmer

Shunsuke Hino/ Yellow Turbo: A gymnast and Comic Relief.
Haruna Morikawa/ Pink Turbo: The Load, Student Council President and smartest girl in the school.
The Main VIllians are The Bōma Hundred Tribes who are worshipers of violence and magic who lost to human-Fairy coalition 20,000 years ago and sealed away. However, due to pollution that weakened the Fairy magic that sealed them, the Bōma are free to take their revenge on humanity from Bōma Castle as their operations base. In the finale, Bōma Castle is destroyed by Super Turbo Builder.
The Members are:
Great Bōma Emperor Lagorn: The absolute dictator of the Bōma. He is initially partly immobile as he can still move his head and arms, he always remained seated on his throne with a set of extra arms that can stretch which he uses to punish his subordinates when they fail him. He is shown as merciless and cruel to everyone. He ends up sending Jarmin to her death after witnessing Zimba's brave sacrifice and that Yamimaru defeated Turbo Robo. He sends Layda to have his new Super Bōma Beast try to destroy the Turborangers. After Layda and the Super Bōma Beast were both killed, he decides to punish Zulten with his powers for cowardice. He 'dies' after the conspiracy of Yamimaru and Kirika, who decided to kidnap Riki and pit him against Lagorn in a one-on-one battle to the death. Riki mortally wounds him with a stab at the heart, causing him to receive explosions while Zulten only watched helplessly from a distance, not able to lift a finger to help him because of the red thread barrier Yamimaru and Kirika placed to trap him with Red Turbo. However, he becomes mobile after retrieving the monster-enlarging orb, he tries to kill Red Turbo and he grows giant and decides to punish the two traitors Yamimaru and Kirika for their treachery. He is then 'destroyed' by Super Turbo Builder. He later revives himself by consuming energies of hatred and sadness around him, and becomes the gold-skinned and mobile Neo-Lagorn. He faces the Turborangers as a giant in the finale in which he is destroyed for good by Super Turbo Robo.
.Redha: The commander, combined with Evil Genius
. Zimba: The Brute and something of a Tragic Monster. Was rejected by the girl he loved, so he wants to purge all lovers in the world because he thinks that Love Makes You Evil.
. Zulten: A rather weird creature who can transform into a buggy for the Boma to ride. a filthy Coward through and through.
. Bouma Princess Jarmin: The Weid Minion and a Complete Monster. While she is nonetheless loyal to Ragorn, she has a really nasty thing in manipulating her allies' emotions. For instance, during an episode featuring an Ice-Fire Bouma siblings, the Ice Bouma reconsidered in not fighting the Turborangers out of concern for his brother. Jarmin's solution? Incite the Fire Bouma to try and kill off his brother. And once that's done, she combines them into one monster. Her biggest Crossing of the line, however, was against the Bell Chime Bouma, a female monster whose tribe was locked away by Jarmin herself inside a bell chime and threatened her into fighting the Turborangers; in this case, get Youhei/Blue Turbo mesmerized and alienated from the team or else the whole tribe is destroyed. Oh, and she still WHIPS her when she's not seriously fighting. And when the Turborangers break the spell? There comes Jarmin, destroying the bell chime containing the whole tribe, in front of the Bouma herself, and DESTROYS her right after, THEN turn her into a giant monster for the Turborangers to fight.
