Tokusō Sentai Dekaranger (Special Investigations Squadron Dekaranger ) is the twenty-eighth program in the Super Sentai franchise, airing from 2004 to 2005
In the Future the Earth has become part of the greater universal picture and ushered in a new era where aliens walk alongside humans in everyday life. Of course, with powerful aliens come powerful criminals, and the elite intergalactic organisation tasked with protecting the peace is the S.P.D.: Special Police Dekaranger.
The story focuses on the Earth Branch of the S.P.D, and the five members of its Dekaranger division. Led by legendary S.P.D. commander Doggie Kruger, the Dekaranger are tasked with solving crimes committed by the various alien criminals on Earth. Although the Dekaranger have the authority to execute the most dangerous of criminals, they must attain a "Guilty" verdict from the highest court in the galaxy before they can do so.
The series is composed of a number of individual case files, loosely-connected by the presence of the shadowy Agent Abrella, a black market Arms Dealer who supplies many of the villains with their equipment.

Banban "Ban" Akaza / Deka Red: The Hero, very Hot Blooded. He wields two guns with style while fighting. The first episode begins with him getting transferred to Earth, where he meets the rest of the team.

Houji "Hoji" Tomasu / Deka Blue: The Number 2. A Defrosting Cold Sniper who has a perfectionist streak.

Sen'ichi "Sen-chan" Enari / Deka Green: The Smart Guy and the most understanding guy you can ever meet, provided you don't make him snap. Has a crush on Umeko but can't say it.

Marika "Jasmine" Reimon / Deka Yellow: A tall, beautiful and dark-haired girl who is quite sarcastic. Another smart one as a master strategist with Psychic Powers.

Koume "Umeko" Kodou / Deka Pink: The Chick and The Ditz, later finds out about Sen 'ichi crush and eventually hooks up with him.
.Tekkan "Tetsu" Aira / Deka Break: The New Guy and The Big Guy due to his brute force.

Doggie "Boss" Kruger / Deka Master: The True leader of the Space Police and the Fatherly figure did I forget to mention he's an alien who looks like a dog.

Swan "Swan-san" Shiratori / Deka Swan: Resident Scientist, and motherly figure
The Main Villian/Mr. Big Bad is Agent Abrellar, who is a Complete Monster. He sell lots of weapons supporting galaxy-destroying wars for profit and fun to most of the Alienizers, regardless of how many lives were taken. One galaxy destroyed, he moves to another galaxy to generate profit and destruction. most of the Alienizers have some sort of twisted logic to justify their actions and are shown to have some modicum of standards to their deeds. Aburella, however, treats any and all crime as a business opportunity, and it doesn't matter if you're destroying entire cities, selling slaves, pawning stolen merchandise, or anyingthing else indecent, as long as the price is right, he'll be more than happy to sell you the tools you need to further your enterprise. And his Villainous Breakdown near the end of the series? All caused merely because the Dekarangers were ruining his transactions. Yes, Aburella himself caused a citywide destruction spree and nearly destroyed the whole of the Space Police simply so he could keep his job.
