Currently His activities have lead to Forming a peace treaty with the whales, the start of the New Years party, and cancelation of various highly controversial shows that make fun of politics including “North Park”.
(As the Reporter is talking we see a crew setting plans for the New Year’s party, GIR and some woman are arguing about something.)
GIR: I want to get in the ball!
Woman: No it’s my turn!
