Narrator: long ago there was a race known as the Mondoshawan.

Narrator: they were worshiped by many and came from a Alternate Dimension, in reality they were made of energy and confined to robotic suits.

(To describe Proclamation-6 the closets thing it looks like is the Shadow Proclamation)

(Apparently a giant angler fish is guarding the doomsday weapon.)
