GIR: Zim can I have the newspaper.

Zim: Sure why.

(GIR eats it. As Zim dials the phone.)

Zim: And so we should turn this neighborhood block-watch into a Vigilante's committee.

GIR: What's a Vigilante?

Zim: Someone who takes the law into their own hands GIR.

Zim: Their taking this surprisingly well.

Zim: GIR this is a lot more people than I ever thought would come.

GIR: Oh boy Zim! Who do you have?

Zim: I got several strong people although I gave them batons due to the fact they had no gun license and the Senior citizens who I use as informants on criminal activities. Did I mention I give out hats.

(We see a creature resembling a person with Squid facial features and carries his brain around shows up.)

Zim: An Ood? Sign you're name here.

(The Ood Takes out a pencil and Sings his name, while he walks away. As a Sea sponge and Starfish wearing some fish bowls on their heads.)

Spongebob: Have we meet before I'm Spongebob.

Patrick: I'm Patrick.

Zim: You two sign here.

(Spongebob and Patrick sign the notes as a frog-like alien dressed as a painter shows up.)

Keronian: I'm joining.

GIR: So sign here.

Zim: I was going to say that!

GIR: A Keronian?

(He signs and leaves. As a Female Tadpole Keronian)

Zim: Just do what he did.

Zim: Well that's all done, did you see those two Keronians GIR?

Painter Keronian: I found some guy who’s a crook.

Female Tadpole: I got him! I Got him!

(Zim walks over to see they “arrested” The Ood.)

Zim: He's one of our own men.

Female Tadpole: aw man.

(They release the Ood allowing him to continue helping everyone else.)

GIR: Weird guys Zim

Zim: Next time ask how they got this job.
Nightly News station, night, inside

Zim: Well I turned this dream into a reality.

GIR: What were going do to the criminal.

Zim: I figured out he's going to rob the Jewelry store quick let's go.

Jewelry store, night, inside

(We see Zim and GIR guarding the Jewelry while a crook appears.)

Zim: OK GIR time to get this guy straight.

GIR: Give him all you got.

(We see Zim dragging the Crook into the square in front of everyone Zim rips off the mask showing....)

Zim: Who are you

(We see some old guy.)

Man: I'm the Man.

GIR: Who's “The Man”, Zim.

Zim: A person who's the industry.

(The Man takes out a club only to be disintegrated by Zim.)

Zim: Well I'm done with this job.
